Meet Our Designer
leslie beck
Her path to home design has been a bit of a winding road, in the best way possible. Before she became a full time designer she was a social worker, stay at home mother, realtor and home stager. She has always been "into houses" and adding beauty and felt that her journey led her to her passion.
She grew up in Virginia and lived in Maryland and Massachusetts before moving to Buffalo. Her personal style has been influenced by all of these locations and could be best described as "Mountain Farmhouse" (think wide plank floors and a perfectly worn in leather chair) with some bohemian flair (think block print pillows and handmade pottery) and some coastal cottage (think casual stripes and this white molding).
She loves to help people find their own style and put together spaces that are cohesive, yet custom and a little unexpected.
Working with Adornment she helps clients see options that they might not have thought of.

We are onsite working our magic for about 5 hours to complete a kitchen!

YES. WE HAVE THE BEST INTERIOR DECORATOR AND SHE WILL PICK THE ABSOLUTE BEST COLOR with you FOR YOUR SPACE.
What does your process look like?
Clean, sand, prime, paint, top coat. Of course there is more to it, but we can’t give away all of our secrets!
How do you clean the cabinets after they are painted?
Soft cloth will clean most but a mix of water and vinegar will help if necessary.
Can you fix cabinets?
NoPE, We are not woodworkers.
Do you install hinges?
Nope, that is something you will have to have done by your handyman.
Do you paint the interior of cabinets?
The interior of glass cabinets will be painted. The interior of closed cabinets will not (they are not real wood therefore it does not last and will scratch).
DO YOU PAINT WALLS?
NOpe, WE ARE NOT WALL PAINTERS.
Do you stain cabinets?
Nope, Paint is our thing.
Do you paint interior doors or bathroom vanaties?
Yes! Let us do that tedious job for you!
